ABOUT ME - BENJAMIN BURKE
My journey in the fitness industry commenced back in 2003 at Equinox in Chicago where I gained extensive knowledge and valuable experience as a personal trainer and lifestyle enthusiast. While working downtown, I obtained my degree in Psychology from Argosy University. Since then, I have developed a strong commitment to helping others improve physically, mentally and emotionally.
TBG Fitness has been a dream of mine since I was a kid. To be able to share my passion with others, while making the world a healthier place is truly a gift. I am forever grateful. Let’s get to work!

Personal Training
Every personal training “sesh” at TBG will be unique. You will never be bored with this style of circuit training. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. Becoming lazy with our methods will never be an option. We will continue to improve and provide you the best personal training experience out there.
